Our Vanilla is grown in Papantla, Veracruz. The place of origin of all the vanilla in the world. 

Cultivating vanilla is a long and labor-intensive process. Since the plants bloom for only one day, every flower must be hand-pollinated, one by one. Seven to nine months later, when the tips of the green beans begin to yellow, they are harvested. This marks the start of the curing process, followed by the production of extracts and essences for human consumption.
